1. We encourage all clients to arrive 5 minutes before their treatment is due to start. We try our best to accommodate late arrivals, however, please be aware then if you late, we may not be able to offer the full treatment and in some cases, the treatment may need to be rescheduled.

2. To avoid a 50% cancellation charge, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or amend your appointment.

3. For some treatments it is better to wear (or bring) more comfortable clothes. We will inform you if it is needed.

4. Please keep it in mind, we strictly adhere our passes deadlines in order to get the most effective treatment results.
